Since its founding more than a century ago in 1913, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has clearly distinguished itself as a public service organization that boldly confronts the challenges essentially encountered by African Americans and, hence, all Americans. The Prince George’s County Alumnae Chapter works tirelessly to emulate its shared mission with the Sorority by developing and implementing a wide range of award-winning empowering programs and initiatives that can be replicated to raise awareness and effect change.
