PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH initiatives influence the well-being of families and communities. The Chapter focuses on the challenges of living holistic and healthy lives by offering disease prevention and health education strategies. A major focus of the chapter centers on advocacy and collaborative strategies to address diet and exercise, domestic violence prevention, human trafficking awareness, and local emergency responses specific to public safety and working with the Red Cross.
