PGCAC Reading is Fundamental (RIF)
Inspiration inspired innovation with the selection of Soror Ana T. Bolden, the PGCAC Chairperson of the Reading is Fundamental (RIF) Program to serve as the Maryland State RIF Ambassador. This honor was not surprising to PGCAC in that Soror Bolden has been extraordinary in elevating the importance of literacy in the community. Under her leadership, the PGCAC RIF Program has soared and now includes three schools in Swaziland – Selulasandla Vashti AME Village, Hillside School, and Adelaide Tambo School for the Physically Challenged.
