This group of extraordinary women continues to respond to the current and emerging issues at the county, state, national, and international levels. Focused on their Community Life Development Program, PGCAC members share the ultimate goal of advancing their collective commitment in the areas of education, physical and mental health, economic and political awareness, and social service endeavors for women, children, families, and the elderly.

Welcome back to PGCAC! I hope you have had an enjoyable and relaxing summer. Thanks for the opportunity to serve as the Delegate at the 46th Eastern Regional Conference in Hartford, Connecticut. The plenary sessions, workshops and activities were informative, productive and very much focused on Delta’s mission to provide support to underserved citizens and solutions to the many problems that face our communities.
